Drum Circle

A drum circle is a group of people playing drums in unison with the intention to raise the frequency and come together in community. Possible health benefits may include mood improvement, stress reduction, increased circulation, sharpened ability to focus, refined listening skills, emotional release, mindfulness improvement, deepened connection to self/community, elevated social connections, and nurture of your spirit through rhythm and meditation. 

No skill level is required—anyone and everyone is welcome!  Bring your drum.

 If you have no drum, we have extra drums and other percussion instruments to borrow.

And DO: •  Come with a drum and an open heart and mind—every drum circle has a unique energy. •  Listen actively.  •  Bring a floor mat or pillow if desired (chairs also available). •  Bring something to keep hydrated. • Wear comfy clothes with no arm restrictions.

Doors open at 6:00pm  ·  Drum Circle begins at 6:30pm.

This is a free program, but donations are greatly appreciated. Suggested donation is $10. Our presenters are paid from participants’ donations.
