Sound Bath Meditation & Intentions Ritual

Enter the New Year with a clear heart and renewed focus, with a ceremonial Sound Bath to set fresh intentions for the new year.

Relax to the sound of Crystal Bowls, chimes, drums, plant music, and other instruments as the frequencies wash over you like waves. 

During our ceremony, we will write and release what we no longer wish to carry into the new year, followed by a ceremonial candle lighting.

Please bring your own mats, blankets, and pillows to rest comfortably.
