Sound Medicine

Sound Medicine is an immersion in medicinal waves for cell and soul. Each sound bath is an invitation to slow down, soften the noise of everyday life, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re carrying stress, seeking stillness, or simply curious about the experience, you’ll be welcomed into a space of rest, reflection, and deep listening. No experience is necessary, just come as you are (with yoga mat, blankets, comfort items) and allow the sound to meet you where you’re at. (Chairs available for those who cannot get down on the ground.) Doors open at 5:30pm, Sound Medicine begins at 6:00pm. Doors are locked at 6:00pm to prevent interruptions.
